      Connection settings

      Connection Settings

      CCH Axcess is a desktop application that runs on Windows.

      1. Get and install CCH Axcess desktop application:

        1. Install CCH Axcess "Install and update manager" from here

        2. Enter the customers account number

        3. Click the install button to install all the apps

      2. Follow the guide to create OAuth credentials (Client Id, Client Secret, Scopes)

      3. This connection uses OAuth for credentials, so the connection should be authorized once the settings below are specified

        • Client Id: Was generated on the step 2

        • Client Secret: Was generated on the step 2

        • Scopes: These are the permissions needed by the integration. Was generated on the step 2

        • Authorize URI: https://login.cchaxcess.com/ps/auth/v1.0/core/connect/authorize

        • Token URI: https://login.cchaxcess.com/ps/auth/v1.0/core/connect/token

        • Subscription key: To get this credential you need

          • Use this link to determine who is the "firm default administrator"

          • Have that "firm default administrator" user get the Subscription key following the guide (in some parts of the documentation they call this the "integrator key")

      Special Considerations

      • CCH Axcess gives 100 requests per 1 minute.
